On 6th Feb 2026, Evergreen Maritime has successfully completed a compression performance test for our Brazil order with the test witnessed by DNV in accordance with applicable international standards. Customer ordered the order for 2.5X4m and 1×1.5m, total 8pcs.
The DNV compression test was conducted to verify the energy absorption capacity, reaction force, and structural performance of the pneumatic rubber fender under specified compression conditions. During the test, the sample fender 1X1.5m was compressed to the required deformation level while internal pressure, deformation behavior, and recovery performance were carefully monitored.

The entire testing procedure, including test setup, loading process, and result verification, was witnessed and confirmed by a DNV surveyor, ensuring compliance with ISO 17357 requirements for pneumatic rubber fenders.
The test results demonstrated that the 1×1.5m pneumatic fender met the design criteria, showing stable energy absorption, controlled reaction force, and reliable structural integrity under compression. No abnormal deformation or damage was observed during or after the test.

As part of its quality assurance system, our company conduct DNV third-party witnessed testing to provide customers with transparent, verifiable performance data. The company’s in-house control of rubber raw materials and manufacturing processes plays a key role in ensuring consistent test performance and long-term product reliability.
